CLUB TERMS & CONDITIONS
To join our Club, prior registration is required through the registration form, from any of our websites, or also from the same process of booking your accommodation. It will be necessary to previously consent and accept the corresponding legal conditions.
Registration is free and open to anyone over 18 years of age. We reserve the right of admission.
The definitive registration will be confirmed by e-mail, once your application has been processed. In order to enjoy the advantages, discounts and special promotions as a member of the club, you must comply with the particular conditions of each one of them must be fulfilled, such as a minimum number of days of overnight stay, a specific offer for a specific establishment, the valid period of validity, etc.
Promotions are only cumulative if clearly specified, otherwise they are exclusive.
The manager reserves the right to modify the general or specific conditions of the Club or of future promotions without prior notice, and without retroactive effect if you have already registered. If any amount has been paid, it will be refunded and the member will be compensated with an exclusive benefit.
Promotions that are in force and active may only change their conditions in the event of force majeure (due to legal impositions, exceptional situations, lack of availability in the booking, administrative errors in the processing of the same or any other exceptional situation that prevents its fulfilment). In these cases, we will compensate our partners with new advantages.
A member may unsubscribe from the Club at any time, by requesting it to the person responsible via e-mail, with the subject ‘UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE CLUB’, from which he/she must receive a reply and confirmation from us. The unsubscription process may take between 7 and 15 days, which is necessary for the entire information system to recognise that you are no longer a member and that you should no longer receive information about this. The person in charge may decide, at his own expense, to cancel or stop the activation of a user as a member of the Club, the Club reserves the right of admission.
